- Mac build now includes GRAPHICS and may need X11 be installed.
It now installs now into /Applications/Echidna.app where there are post installation instructions. - Fix other small bugs
- Fix bug in VPREDICT M parsing
- Fix bug generating template from .csv file
- Update !EQO 7 code
